🗑️ Data Deletion Instructions

At Zip2Tow, we respect your right to privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your personal information from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us through one of the following methods:

1. Email Request

Send an email to: privacy@zip2tow.com

Include the following:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Your full name
  • The email address and phone number associated with your Zip2Tow account
  • A brief confirmation that you would like your data permanently deleted

2. In-App Request (if applicable)

If using our mobile app:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings > Account > Request Data Deletion
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your request

What Happens Next

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days
  • Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Once deleted, your information cannot be recovered

Exceptions

Some data may be retained temporarily to:

  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax or fraud prevention)
  • Resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service
